accessibility

Manu Holidays places emphasis on providing quality service in the various sales and service channels to all of its customers, including people with disabilities.

It should be emphasized that the Crowne Plaza hotel is adapted/partially adapted for people with disabilities who move around with the help of a wheelchair.

List areas that are not accessible if there are any.

The hotel has four guest rooms (deluxe level) which are adapted for disabled people who move around with a wheelchair.

There are also 4 parking spaces adapted for people with disabilities.

Room/parking availability must be checked and verified in advance, before making the reservation.

The contact details of the accessibility coordinator are detailed at the bottom of the page and can be contacted for any claim, request for improvement, notification of an accessibility problem that has not been answered, and also for assistance in providing ongoing service (assistance in the accessibility center service will be provided to customers with disabilities only)

Customer Service

There is a customer service center that provides telephone answers.

For customers for whom telephone service does not provide an adequate response, you can contact the email address service@mano.co.il

Also, on the website you can get information about order status and see digital tickets.

Website

At the top of the site there is an accessibility menu, which can be reached from any page on the site, to change the settings. These are the tools available to you now:

Non-textual content.

Images on the site have an alt attribute text that describes the essence of the image.

Linked images have alt text that defines the purpose of the link in the images.

In contrast versions, flashing banners and images that interfere with concentration have been removed

Writing a semantic code and using a uniform H1 heading on every page.

The website specification is listed in an orderly manner using dl tags and organized tabular information.

Division into areas on the page to reach relevant information easily using the tab key on the keyboard.

There is complete separation between content and display by using a separate CSS file.

You can change the contrast of the site in two levels high contrast and very high contrast where the text is mostly yellow on a black background.

All the colors have been changed for you to reduce as much stimulation as possible and also all the flashes and certain banners will not be active in these versions to keep the information as convenient as possible.

Enlarging the page by 200% will not affect the size of the information viewed on the site.

In contrast versions the site will appear 25% larger than its original size.

The accessibility bar has 3 types of magnification for your convenience, but if you want to enlarge the letters even more, you can use the following keyboard functions:

The Ctrl + key will enlarge the text on the site

Ctrl key - will reduce the text on the site

The Ctrl 0 key will return the site to its original size

Space key (SPACE) will take the site down

The F11 key will enlarge the screen to full size - another press will reduce it back

The site supports keyboard navigation by using the TAB key, the arrows and pressing the Enter key will activate the various links.

Because of the size of the site, there are places on the site that are difficult to reach using a keyboard, so alternatives were offered such as an alternative menu and more.

Extra things

In the accessible versions, all the flashing things have been removed and hidden, so it is possible that some of the information will not appear in order not to harm the readers, we tried to bring in these versions a comfortable edition without features that would interfere with the process. Also, we have devoted efforts to adapt the versions to as many browsers as possible and the best compatibility is in the Chrome browser, we will try to update more later.

clarification

Despite our efforts to allow surfing on an accessible website for all website pages, it is possible that pages will be discovered that have not yet been accessed or for which the appropriate technological solution has not yet been found.

We continue our efforts to improve the site's accessibility, as much as possible, and this out of faith and moral obligation to allow the use of the site for the entire population, including people with disabilities.
